Website Redesign

The IRTS Foundation is a non-profit dedicated to building a more inclusive media industry. With only a small staff, their website was difficult to maintain and had several issues on mobile, with multiple menus appearing and an image overlapping with the logo. The before and after image on this case study is actually the mobile version.

To redesign their site, I ran with the idea of gold and incorporated a gradient whenever I could. The site needed some special features, as well: an easy way to maintain and update the 20+ Board Directors list and 20 major donor logos. To do this, I custom-coded a way to update this from the WordPress dashboard, making updating these areas a one-click process. After cleaning up the extra pages, the new site is quick to load, easy to navigate and maintain, and a better representation of their brand.
